SHINAWATRA UNIVERSITY (SIU), THAILAND, AND HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION (HCMUTE) SIGN MOU: STRENGTHENING INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION IN EDUCATION AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH


On the afternoon of November 26, 2024, in a formal ceremony, Shinawatra University (SIU), Thailand, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This marks a significant milestone in the partnership between the two universities, paving the way for exceptional opportunities in education, scientific research, faculty and student exchanges, as well as the co-organization of international seminars.

Assoc. Prof. Price Chow, President of Shinawatra University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chau Dinh Thanh – Vice President of HCMUTE, signed the collaboration agreement.


As part of this collaboration, Shinawatra University is committed to supporting HCMUTE in training faculty members through intensive educational programs, enhancing human resource quality to meet the demands of international integration. Furthermore, the signing ceremony serves as a crucial foundation to promote research projects, academic exchanges, and sustainable educational development within the Southeast Asia region.
