On November 27, 2024, at the headquarters of Can Tho Technical Economic College, a significant milestone in international educational cooperation was marked as Shinawatra University (Thailand) and Can Tho Technical Economic College officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Assoc. Prof. Price Chow, President of Shinawatra University, and M.A. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long – Rector of Can Tho Technical Economic College, officially signed the MOU agreement.
