Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony Between Shinawatra University and Can Tho Technical Economic College


On November 27, 2024, at the headquarters of Can Tho Technical Economic College, a significant milestone in international educational cooperation was marked as Shinawatra University (Thailand) and Can Tho Technical Economic College officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
