On November 25, the signing ceremony of the collaboration agreement between Shinawatra University (SIU) and Bach Viet Polytechnic College took place. This event marked a significant milestone in the development of international educational cooperation, opening opportunities for Bach Viet Polytechnic students to access international transfer programs and earn an international university degree after completing their studies at the college.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from Bach Viet Polytechnic College, including Dr. Tran Manh Thanh, President of Bach Viet Polytechnic College; Ms. Phan Le Tuong Bich, Vice President; and heads of various departments and faculties of the institution.
On behalf of Shinawatra University, the event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Price Chow, President of Shinawatra University; Dr. Sun Jin, Dean of the Faculty of Transnational Education and President of Global Association of Transnational Education (TNE Global); and Ms. Thao Tran, Associate Dean of Faculty of Transnational Education and Vice President of Global Association of Transnational Education (TNE Global), along with other university staff and specialists.

Through this collaboration agreement, students of Bach Viet Polytechnic will have the opportunity to participate in transfer programs, enabling them to earn an international Bachelor's degree from Shinawatra University (SIU) after completing their studies at Bach Viet Polytechnic. This is a valuable opportunity that not only enhances students' academic qualifications but also broadens their international perspective while experiencing a global learning environment in Thailand.
